Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruiting and hiring for various positions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, and a passion for finding the best talent.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop job descriptions
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain accurate records of all candidates in the ATS
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
6 months to 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools
