Responsible of joining formalities for New Joiners.
Responsible for the assessment process/system for any trainee/probationer until the training/probationary term is finished in accordance with the recruiting policy.
Creating and executing best-in-class market strategies to identify, attract, and engage the best talent while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience throughout.
Attendance of employees attendance, working day, leave, absence, and associated reports such as late coming report, attendance report, leave report, and so on, as well as the control system, are all the responsibility of this position.
Responsible for compiling monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual manpower reports.
Coordinate leave regularizations with employees.
Responsible for managing accurate attendance records throughout.
Create and run referral programs.
Review existing HR technology and recommend more effective software.
