Main purpose of job
To support the Director – Human Resources in the provision of a high quality and professional personnel service by providing administrative support on recruitment procedures.
Roles & responsibilities
1. Understanding manpower recruitment.
2. Place job advertisements, where necessary in association with recruitment agencies, and send out application forms and job information packs to potential job applicants.
3. Source candidate that match the desired skills as soon as a requisition arises from the department.
4. Conduct preliminary round as per the eligibility criteria.
5. Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks and tests.
6. Co-ordinates with all the heads of the departments.
7. Panel- interview to be organized by interacting with all the panel members.
8. Post the vacancies on the career page of our website and other job portals.
9. Co ordinate with the consultancies if required.
10. Maintain database of resumes.
11. Any other work assigned by the undersigned.
Skills required
Graduation / preferably HR stream
Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field
Good communication skills
