Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Clear understanding of your business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies that support them
Develop programs to enhance employee relations and other benefits
Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new team members to the Org's culture
Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the team members
Manage the application process - write job descriptions, check application forms, shortlist, interview, select relevant candidate/s and inform not shortlisted ones
Come up with new ways to measure team members morale and determine methods for improving overall satisfaction
Act as liaison between the Org and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations
Appoint and retain right team members by delivering training, including new hires inductions
Deal with staff welfare and administration-centred activities
Undertake performance management and salary reviews
Administer payroll, manage attendance and maintain employee records with other related benefits
Plan disciplinary action policy and standardize procedures for responding to incidents that violate Org's policy
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR
Fluency in written and spoken English
Capability to learn and work with our technology standards
Know how to reach out through e-mail, calls and social media platforms
Proficient in engaging on calls and face to face conversations
Good presentation skills
Planning and time management
