Role & responsibilities
Hands on experience MS office tool (excel, word,. presentation etc.)
Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
Manage Employee Engagement activities by setting up Skip Meetings, Employee pulse meetings, Exit Interviews, Wellness sessions, iConnect meeting etc. with prospective employees in a timely manner.
Measuring and monitoring HR practices.
Handle and resolve challenging issues relating to employee relations.
Support in creative work like email designs, presentations, excel sheets and process flows.
Work on branding initiatives by using digital tools to develop company branding.
Conducting performance management guidance to line managers by mentoring, planning and executing etc.
Helping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
Implementing reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement.
Handling employee queries and grievances.
