A recruitment professional to join the team. The successful candidate will work with technical managers to assess staffing needs, develop job descriptions and see through the recruitment process from interview to selection.
In addition the HR function will involve maintaining staff records, assisting employees with HR matters, and provide HR advice to managers.
- A track record of working in the Recruitment/HR field
- Experience within the construction / engineering field would be an advantage
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Great communication skills and drafting skills
