HR Executive (Off role)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned beyond the core functions listed below:
Map out annual training plans for staff and operators.
Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house).
Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session.
Research and recommend new training methods and new vendors.
Generation of various MIS as per the requirement of department.
