Kovaion is looking for an Enthusiastic and driven HR Executive to join the HR team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for Handling end-to-end recruitment.
Responsible for designing and updating job descriptions
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Responsible for sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media)
Involve in screening process of incoming resumes and application forms
Responsible for scheduling interviews and following up with the candidates
Responsible for updating shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Skill Set
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
Proven 1+years of experience as an HR Recruiter, HR Executive or a similar role.
Good Communication & Attitude with strong Analytical and organizational Skills
Familiar with sourcing techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PPT, Excel)
