Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
Headcount planning as per norms in partnership with Business.
Selecting the best sources to advertise job openings and implementing programs to assist the recruiting process.
Sourcing using key recruitment platforms like Naukri, monster and other job boards, social media platforms like Linked in etc
Develop and compile information in dashboard that managers and recruiters can use to track the status of positions.
Screen application forms, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection processes, conduct interviews, psychometric tests and personality questionnaires and various group activities.
Offer Negotiation and required C&B knowledge to drive the closure of offer. Prepare Compensation fitment and offer proposal as per internal and external data points and fitment rules and norms of BIAL.
Drive Pre and Post joining engagement with the candidate: Background Verification, Pre Employment Medical, Psychometric Test etc.
Activities related to Performance management for the Business Unit in coordination with Corp HR
Activities related to learning and development activities for the BU in coordination with Corp HR.
Employee engagement activities for the BU
Build HR MIS monthly in time and keep ready the data points for sharing with central MIS.
Facilitate R&R as per process in BU
Administering Policies and give inputs for changes in policy
Payroll Administration and understanding related issues to be resolved in coordination with central Payroll team
Issue of letters and certificates as per process
Grievance redressal
Work on the HRMS and other ERP systems to facilitate the process closure.
Compile information for the BU and analyze data and act as support to the BU w.r.t central MIS , prepare weekly reviews, prepare monthly reviews (ppt format) etc.
Computer Skills Required:
- Excellent MS Excel (formulae-all major aggregate functions/ analysis expertise etc, ability to write/understand macros is desirable)
- Excellent skills on Powerpoint
- Well Conversant with Other office programs
- Basic knowledge of HRMS
Qualification Required:
Full time MBA in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.

10 to12 years of experience
