We are Hiring for " HR Executive " 70% Recruitment for Bangalore Location.
Experience : ( 2 - 6 Years) (Male only)
Eligibility:
Candidates must have good experience into recruitment.
Candidates available in Bangalore apply for the job.
Immediate joiners will be more preferred.
Roles & Responsibility:
Designing and updating job descriptions
Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, answer queries about compensation and benefits
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
