Developing Talent Acquisition Strategies and Hiring Plans.
Conducting full-cycle of recruitment for new employees, including placing advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers and managing orientation and on boarding process.
Talent Mapping and Head Hunting to meet the hiring needs.
Utilizing social network and job portal to maximize its potential as a recruitment platform
Coordinating with the SBU Head and close the position as per TAT.
Actively benchmark all HR activities and adopt suitable initiatives based on industry trends
Conduct new employee orientations and training programs.
Coordinating for PMS .
Responsible for HRMIS & HR operational activities.
Designing and developing KRA and KPI for all the employees.
Responds & resolve all the employees concerns.
Any other job assigned by HOD.
