Roles and Responsibilities :
Monitoring staffing services for the company
Interviewing Potential Candidates, and Managing the onboarding of new employees.
Develop Recruitment Goals and objectives
Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on the company goals and needs.
Source passive candidates through job portals.
Search resume databases for most fit candidates.
Communicate with hiring managers
Employee joining and induction process to be taken care.
Training and development.
Conducting Mass recruitment drives
Responsible for onboarding employees
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate
Must have minimum 3 years of experience in the same
Must have excellent knowledge of human resource disciplines and practices to ensure hiring efficiency.
Language : Hindi must .
