Job description
-Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letter.
-Handle Recruitment Practices such as sourcing applicants, reviewing resumes, creating profile synopsis for managers review, completing phone screening, scheduling in-person interviews.
-Able to close bulk-hiring.
-Cold calling for sourcing.
-Build strong relationships with the hiring managers.
