HR Operations, Time Sheets
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a qualified talent pool.
Coordinate and participate in the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary.
Performance Management:
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Generate HR reports and metrics as needed.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Benefits Administration:
Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits.
