Job description
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding, people data management, HRMS, Engagement/Events, etc.
Benefits administration like BGV, insurance, wellness, etc.
Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company philosophy
Provide support on people's queries/tickets
Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to facilities and tools administration
Develop, implement, and drive engagement calendar and company milestone initiatives to foster a positive work culture and improve retention
Design, deploy and monitor rewards, and recognition programs to keep the talent motivated
Drive constant process improvements and keep an eye out for bridging gaps
Administer tools and software used by the organization, ensuring that they are up-to-date and functioning properly
Day-to-day partnering with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Facility Admin, and IT
Admin to ensure people's experience is top-notch in all aspects of work-life
Support Facility Administration IT Admin from the Perspective of people experience
Pre-requisites
Bachelor or Master in Human Resources
3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations/ HR Shared Services / HR Admin Operations / etc. role preferably in Start-ups or IT Product Companies
