Roles and Responsilities:
FTNR resolution Calling, reminders and Mail follow ups.
Tracker updation
Interviews selectively basis dip executives skills to conduct preliminary interviews.
Follow up with consultants for documentation of candidates.
Follow up with candidates to appear for interviews.
Database calling for selection on database.
Follow up on joining formalities completion.
Help mentors and employees in joining queries.
