Job Description:-
1.Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers.
2.Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents
3.Resolve issues between management and employees
4.Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and direct disciplinary procedures.
5.Consult with employers to identify needs and accomplish them.
6.Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.
7.Create and implement effective on-boarding plans.
8.Conduct new employee orientations and process paperwork.
9.Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
10.Maintain employee records (attendance , background check etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

Work From Office
Good communication skills, is a Must.
Final round interview will be a face-to-face.
