As a part of our expansion plans, we are looking for an ambitious and experience IT recruiter to join our organization.
Job Summary and Responsibilities:
To understand the Job Profile and provide candidate accordingly for various Requirement through various Job portals & social media.
To gather data from various sources available for screening the candidate suitable for the organization Sourcing candidates (CALLS, SMS, WHATSAPP).
Handling first round of HR Interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability for attitude, academic, experience, & communication skills.
To schedule the HR round of interview in person or VC and ensure that all candidates turn up for the interview.
To ensure that all interviews are conducted as per schedule & feedback are received from each place.
To provide such received feedback to the recruitment head and take necessary actions as suggested by them.
To provide support for other HR related work as and when asked for.
