Job description
This is an contractual position for 12 months
Roles and Responsibilities
- Incumbent needs to do HR Interaction- One on One, FGDs to support HRBPs with on ground pulse
- Incumbent will help HRBP resolve L1 level queries of employees
- Incumbent will support in basic data/deck preparation during key activities like R&R, Performance Review Process etc
- Internal IJP process handling (CX has very high number of HRO employees who get opportunity to clear FTE openings - process managed by CX HR team)
- HR Generalist role
- To work on Fusion tool. (PR/PO)
- Connect with Procurement team for various engagement activities, WoW awards preparations, BBD Readiness.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
2-3 years of experience in HR Operations
