Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle including role definition, strategic candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer, and on-boarding
Good Knowledge of IT recruitment.
Source resumes from Job Portals, LinkedIn and other channels for the requirements
Screen the candidates as per the given requirements.
Submit the resumes of the candidates for Internal and External review as instructed by the account manager.
Schedule telephonic discussion and in-person meetings for candidates.
Connect with the candidate to ensure that scheduled meetings happen on time and if there is a delay keep all the concerned parties informed.
Submit a daily, weekly and monthly tracker as per the format suggested by the manager.
Strong Negotiating Skills.
Work closely with HR Business partners in developing and delivering job offers to candidates.
Develop knowledge and experience of competitors, market intelligence, and trends in recruitment.
Excellent communication skills.
Managing New employees Onboarding & Orientation Process.
