Job description
Work collaboratively with Company management team and external HR consultant to improve business results and manage the many core HR issues that arise in a rapidly changing, people-centric organization.
Employee Orientation and Onboarding: Initiate the employee onboarding for all employees. Duties include acting as point-person on-boarding plans of new hires and File/Drive maintenance, E-Verify and Benefits Enrollment.
Serve as day to day HR contact for the Company's employees and managers.
Work directly with managers and employees to resolve employee relations issues.
Provide administrative support for the Company's executive team, including calendaring, correspondence, reporting, and preparation of documents and presentations.
Identify potential legal risk to the organization and make recommendations on next steps to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvement in efficiency of department and services performed.
Manage the health Insurance including maintaining eligibility, communicating benefit options to employees, and facilitating the benefit enrollment process.
Process and administer leave of absence requests and Workers Compensation according to current regulations and internal policies.
Manage/facilitate employee recognition/awards/events.
Who has some experience of accounting as well

MBA or Degree in Business or related field
0-5 years of hands on experience in human resources and payroll processing Experience with executive administrative support preferred.
Experience and comfort with employee relations
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office suite
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Open to work as per US night shift
previous experience in US shift needed
