DDII offers a range of fundraising services that includes both retail and institutional fundraising options for clients to choose from. With operations set up across 5 cities in India, we are now well established to cater to the different needs and requirements of our clients.
The Role:
The main duties of the HR Executive involve a wide range of support activities inside the HR department, from helping in recruiting of staff members, maintaining employee relations, supporting OD projects, completing compliance-related activities and also acting as the liaison between the HR Department and employees.
Main areas of responsibilities would be:
Employee Relations
Rewards and Recognition programs based on current business needs.
Conduct activities that support the employee engagement programs.
Formulate an exit process, conduct employee survey, track insurance benefit of employees and be a custodian of employee personal records.
Organization Development Provide support on PMS administration and Employee Wellness Initiatives
Recruitment Support with end-to-end recruitment process of assigned positions
Operations & Compliance
Handle end to end Contracts & Onboarding documents.
Payroll support.
Provide administrative support to Line Manager.
Prepare monthly/requested HR reports and recommendations for review and audits.
Coordination with HR Business partners for inputs and amendments round the year.
What are we looking for?
1-2-year experience in HR Functions
Specialization in Human Resources will be preferred
Knowledge of Labour Law & Payroll related compliance would be an added advantage
Should be well versed with Word, excel, PowerPoint.
Good interpersonal skills for internal & external communication
Basic knowledge of statutory compliances i.e. Income Tax / PF / ESIC / PT / BONUS / GRATUITY and others

Meticulous attention to detail
Should have handled minimum of 100 employee strength
Tactful and discreet when dealing with people and confidential information
CTC for this position: 4.47 lakhs/annum.
This position is based in Bangalore.
