• Conduct new employee orientation
• Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Administer compensation and benefits
• Support annual salary review
• Implement and monitor performance management system
• Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
• Administer employee discipline process
• Conduct exit interviews
• Review and update employee rules and regulations
• Maintain HR information system and employee database
• Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness
• Adhere to legal requirements and reporting regulations affecting HR functions
Required Candidate profile

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in recruitment (IT/Non IT)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Hands on MS Office
• Independently handle recruitment drives
