Roles and Responsibilities
Experience in Recruitment and General HR related works (Onboarding/Leave/Attendance/Administration).
Good in Coordination and Follow-ups.
Proactive approach and Go getter attitude.
Good in Networking and Building relationship
Basic idea of drafting emails, creating job posts and drafting letter like Employee Termination, Warning letter etc.
In-depth knowledge in handling labour laws and HR best practices. And previous experience in handling notices with Labour department.
should know all statutory related works like ESIC, PF , PT etc. and Income Tax calculation of Employees.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases including payroll systems.
Experience in Policy Formulation, Compensation Benefit Management, Employee Relations , Full and Final Settlement.
Design, evaluate and modify HR policies to make sure that all the programs are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Post graduate / MBA in HR or any Graduate.
Min 3+ year of experience in HR.
Good command on written English and communication
Ability to handle multiple phone calls for both hiring and official purposes
Interested in working with the team and have willingness to grow as a leader
Logical Reasoning and Analytical skills
