Job description
Provide associates and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues
Provide excellent human resources partnership to the managers and associates including input and direction regarding team development, organizational development, personal/professional development of associates, and employee life cycle and employee relations matters
Partner closely with managers to drive a culture of learning growth leading to high engagement
Manage annual performance management and compensation processes for client groups
Partnering with Talent Acquisition and business leadership on identification, selection, and retention of world-class talent to ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent
The essential requirements of the job include:
MBA in Human Resources Management
Minimum 4 years of relevant human resource experience
Candidate must have excellent verbal, written, listening, and influencing skills and be able to present facts clearly and concisely to all levels of the organizations
Possess strong time management and organizational skills
Candidate must be able to build relationships and be able to work efficiently and effectively with associates at all levels of the organization
