Job description
End to End Life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to on boarding of candidates.
Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, Database, references etc.
Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements based on Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
Build & sustain the network of potential candidates.
Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
Manage and process HR transactions (including on-boarding, new hires, job and personal data changes, organizational changes, terminations, employee verification, and background check process), and administer routine functional HR work.
Responsible for ensuring the integrity of employee master data entered in HRMS portal.
Liaison with key functional teams to deliver HR transactions : Finance, Operations, Marketing and IT team.
Performs any HR tasks assigned based on established procedures.
Uses data organizing and coordination skills to perform daily work.
