Handle all HR activities for around 30-40 Employees.
Handle roles like Manpower Planning, Employee Onboarding / Induction, Statutory Compliances like - PF, ESIC, Shop and Establishment, Min Wages, Employee Exits, etc.
Manage Prepare Dashboards, HRMS, etc.
Responsible for compilation of monthly payroll data i.e., New Joinees, Exits, Leave and LOP, etc.
Responsible for handling and resolving employee queries within TAT.
Responsible to maintain employees personnel files and records, exit process, periodic and ad hoc reports.
Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic recruitment from portals for Sales and Marketing roles.
