Designation: HR Executive - Male
Role type:Contractual (Offrole)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Sourcing resumes from Linkedin/Naukri and do an initial screening of the candidate
2. Coordination with placement vendors for resumes, screening them and closing feedback loop with them
3. Scheduling interviews with panel and closing the feedback loop with them
4. Coordinating for salary papers and recommending fitment
5. Updating the candidate database including sources and status of the same.
6. Timely updating & uploading shortlisted candidates details in Recruitment dashboard
7. Providing timely updates /insights/red flags about the candidate/panel/placement vendors to the HR team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self Motivated, Extrovert and should have zeal to perform.
- In dept knowledge of Naukri and Linkedin.
Qualification required: - Graduate/Post graduate/Diploma (in HR preferred)
- Candidate with minimum 2 or 4 years of experience in Recruitments
