Job description Desigantion - HR Executive / Sr.Executive (Talent Management - South) Organization - Bisleri International Pvt ltd Reporting to - Regional Manager - HR Location - Hebbal, Bangalore Job Objective: • Lead the planning and deployment of one or more talent management strategies and initiatives ensuring integration with the companys overall talent management strategy and alignment with business and functional objectives and priorities. • Partner across the business to ensure the effective design and delivery of talent management tools, processes and communications. Key Responsibilities BusinessPlanning: Understand business objectives and derive implications for talent management strategy focusing on Learning & Development, Hi- potential Management, Succession Planning and Employee Engagement Work closely with the Rewards team to provide inputs for design of the variable pay plan and incentives Learning & Development: Lead development of the Training Calendar basis inputs from multiple sources including growth plans, Training Need Identification process and Performance Management System Lead design and delivery of learning and development interventions across the organization Lead identification, evaluation and on-going coordination with external vendors, consultants, training organizations for partnering on learning and development needs Design and drive execution of an Induction Program for new joiners; guide Regional and Branch-level teams in inducting new joiners as per Corporate guidelines Develop and maintain behavioral & technical competency models, and leverage the same to drive Learning & Development initiatives, and career progression-related decisions Career Development & Growth: Lead development of career management framework for Bisleri, focusing on mapping accountabilities, skills/competencies/critical behavioral attributes, growth options and criteria for roles Design the promotion policy and drive the annual promotion cycle in close consultation with Bisleri Leadership, Rewards team, Regional and Branch-level HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders Hi-Po Management: Establish framework for identification and development of HiPo talent; coordinate with business teams to implement the same Institutionalize programs for identification and development of high-potential talent. Succession Planning: Identify key roles in the organization for Succession Planning, in consultation with Function Heads and define the requirements for these roles Establish a Succession Planning framework and ensure support to Function Heads and Line Managers in identifying Leaders/Successors in their function Develop talent pool through vertical and horizontal movement of employees and undertaking other development initiatives to ensure availability of robust talent pipeline Employee Engagement: Design employee engagement programs and monitor effectiveness of business and function specific engagement practices Partner with vendor to deploy Employee Engagement Surveys/Studies •Analyze satisfaction surveys and dipstick studies in order to develop action plans to drive engagement and address areas of improvement Lead development of metrics to assess the impact of employee engagement initiatives; lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement and achievement of performance excellence Operational Excellence: Drive maintenance of accurate and concise records and report concerning all phases of the Talent Management process People Management: Provide inputs for the annual manpower plan and budget of the function Drive a culture of performance amongst subordinates - set goals, review and manage performance, guide and counsel and provide feedback on performance so as to ensure a motivated and committed team Develop the capabilities to take on higher responsibilities while performing the given/in-charge responsibilities at various levels within the functions Participate in succession planning and recruitment of critical senior & middle management positions within the function Oversee training of teams to meet the requirements of the role Job Specifications Level of education • Post Graduate in Personnel Management/HR/IR Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in HR Talet Management Salary: Best in Industry RolePerformance Management Industry TypeFMCG Functional AreaHuman Resources Employment TypeFull Time, Permanent Role CategoryCompensation & Benefits Education PG :MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations Key Skills Performance Management SystemSuccession PlanningHuman Resource ManagementTalent Managementpromotion policyRecruitmentInduction ProgramCapability BuildingRewardsPMSCompetency MappingEmployee Engagementreward and recognisationCareer Management
