Performing the entire gamut of talent acquisition - Sourcing, screening, interviewing and processing with the department managers for various non-medical positions.
Closure - Salary negotiation, rolling out offers and joining follow-ups.
Executing reference checks to ensure the right resources are being hired.
Working closely with recruitment lead to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
Ensuring the open positions are getting closed within TAT.
Process recruitment related bills / invoice / reimbursements.
Assisting recruitment lead in conducting walk-in / recruitment drives / Campus recruitment.
Conducting employee engagement activities at unit level.
Passing entries in HRMS to get the resources on board to the company through system Viz., raising requisition, updating candidature, on boarding updating and post element entries in HRMS.
Time to time updating recruitment tracker / report.
Conducting grooming session as a part of employee dress code in the company.
Managing database and keep updating the same on every quarter.
Ensuring that offer letter and JD are being issued to all within one week from the date of joining.
Assisting recruitment lead in all documentation work.
