Job description
As an HR, you will collaborate with management to outline the foundational policies and procedures to provide employees with clear guidance and structure for the work environment. You will be playing a key role in building the HR policies and growing the team. Arbhu intends to create a work culture that promotes individual as well as collective ownership. Our team is also made of members across different age groups coming together with a purpose. So we expect our HR to work closely with employers and employees to bring out the policies for an incentive-based, inclusive and healthy work environment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with our management in outlining the foundational policies
Plan, execute and monitor strong in-bound and out-bound strategies
Attract applications by advertising the job openings on various job boards
Collaborate with the management in understanding the priorities of job openings and future hiring needs
Improving the efficiency of our interview process and strategies
Improving the efficiency of our highly automated recruitment process
Discussions with the candidates on their skills and expectations
Helping the management in the timely recruitment of jobs
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Compile and update employee records
Pre- Requisites
0-2 years of experience in corporate or start-up
A bachelors degree
Basic knowledge of Zoho recruit or similar ATS
Basic knowledge of the functioning and affordances of related job portals
Excellent organizational and people skills
