Applicantz is a Global Talent Provider to the large, Fortune enterprises such as Facebook, Autodesk, Halliburton, Lear, and many more.
We are looking for a Talent Engagement Specialist who will join our global team and be a brand ambassador for Applicantz in engaging US-based candidates. The work hours will be 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM India time.

Location: Anywhere in India, work from home is fully supported
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyzing client requirements, mapping the key skills and breaking the requirements into logical and coherent bullets.
• Ensure the best fit candidate for the requirements.
• Perform Job Board searches on given parameters
• Acting on notifications triggered by the system on a real-time basis.
• Answering applicants' questions
• Making phone calls to individuals, scheduling an interview, following up for additional information
• Other general duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors in Engineering or MBA is required
• Previous HR/Recruitment experience is a plus
• Strong logical and analytical ability
• Creativity, exceptional communication skills, strong ambition, and drive to achieve are critical in this position.
• Strong verbal, listening and communication skills
• Experience working in a high-volume fast-paced work environment
• Adaptable, flexible and a fast learner
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
• Ability to relate well with individuals, ability to motivate others
