Position/Role HR & Compliances Executive
Work Experience Fresher MBA/ Commerce Graduate with 1-2 years experience in payroll processing
Desired Educational Qualification MBA/Diploma ( with specialisation in HR ) or commerce graduate with 1-2 years
experience payroll processing & compliances Designation Executive/Sr. Executive
Opening with E Commerce seller with annual turnover of Rs 1500 plus crores
Job Location HSR Layout, Bangalore. Karnataka
CTC Annual CTC of Rs. 3-5 Lakhs depending upon Educational Qualifications & Past relevant
Experience
Brief Job description Sourcing of candidates for open positions, salary negotiation , Candiates documents
validation before release of Recruitment offer.
Maintaining employees record file both in HRMS tool & their Physical Personal files from
Joining to Relieving
Managing monthly attendance & keeping record of leaves , updating same on HRMS tool
on monthly basis
Processing of payroll on Company's HRMS tool after considering Income Tax saving
investment declarations & attendance /other inputs
Annual activities like Collection & review of Tax Saving Investment proofs , Issuance of
Form 16 etc
handling annual appraisal activity & ensuring updation of payroll master for annual
increments
Preparation of Salary related TDS return data for review by Tax consultant
Ensuring timely payment of PF/ESI/PT dues & related returns with help of Labour Laws
Consultant
Experience of Payroll accounting & its reconciliation with accounts shall be an advantage.
Reviewing of HR Compliances of third party associates deployed at Offline stores.
Obtaining & timely renewal of all Licences applicable to Offline stores with help of
Consultant
Coordinating with Insurer for monthly updation of Additions /deletions of employees &
family details for Medical Insurance coverage & arranging timely annual renewal
Should have Good logical, communication & People engagement skills.
Should have good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word.
Experience in Team engagement activities shall be an added advantage.
Working experience of HRMS tool - Greythr shall be an added advantage.
