Job description About the company: Address Advisors is a leading professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management. Address Advisors growing business team provides real estate solutions, including leasing, transaction management, portfolio management to investors, developers, corporates, and multinational companies. Our services cover various real estate asset classes such as Residential, Commercial, Warehousing, Land, and Industrial asset classes. We are changing the basic perception of the common man towards the Real Estate Broking Industry and thus we are looking for young minds and feet to come aboard on a vision that has grown over 100% in floor strength 200% in topline revenue Y-O-Y. Team Member Role: HR- Executive A Human Resource Executive will be looking after the daily functions of the HR department which includes hiring and interviewing staff, taking care of admin roles, support team The ideal candidate would need to have an entrepreneurial mindset, a can-do attitude, collaborative business sense. They should be able to maximize the organizational performance by providing HR support that enhances the delivery of the organization’s business and operational objectives. Roles and Responsibilities Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers of the companies. Conduct interviews and filter candidates partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs Vendor Management, empaneling new vendors, working with placement consultancies to close positions on priority. To attract candidates and act as a partner with businesses to effectively and efficiently implement the mobilization strategies that result in a high caliber workforce in the organization. Excellent Sourcing skills through job boards and social media Hands-on experience on new age sourcing techniques like google chrome extensions, boolean and X-ray search will be preferred. Responsible for searching right candidate for the desired profile, coordination between candidate and HR of the particular company, client servicing, and relationship-building initiatives. Other Attributes Resourceful Mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems. Hours of Work: 9:30 A.M to 6:30 P.M (Monday to Saturday) (Full Time) Remuneration: As per industry standards. Experience: Minimum 0 years and maximum 2 years of experience.
