Roles and Responsibilities
Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
Support hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
Also provide assistance in other HR activities like Onboarding, Exit formalities,
Employee engagement, HR operations etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
2-3 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition and employee engagement.
Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience in using Online Sourcing Naukri, LinkedIn or similar Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Basic computer knowledge (MS office) for MIS preparation.
