Job description Raybon Group of Companies consisting Raybon Chemicals & Allied products and Zero Discharge Systems Pvt.Ltd. is one of the leading suppliers of chemicals and equipments for water and Wastewater (effluent treatment), we have been supplying BASF (Water Solution) now SOLENIS, range of Polyelectrolytes (flocculating agents), Antiscalant and Defoamers to this industry for the past 20 years. Hiring Passionate Human Resources Generalist having Proven experience as HR Generalist, administrator or other HR position Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRMS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus Qualification: B. Com/M. Com (Human Resource Management), MSW, MBA,HR BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus HR Credentials (e.g., PHR from the HR Certification Institute) Experience: Should have experience in handling Contract Labour, also who can recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. Job Description: Ability to conduct HR audit Ability to face HR Compliance audit and clear all NC Payroll Management & Leave Management PF & ESIC compliance Implement HR rules & regulations Site Management & Shift Management Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications. Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Performs other duties as assigned.
