Qualification- Post Graduate (Preferably in MBA HR)
Should have good experience in statutory compliances, IR, Factory Act, Labor Laws, PF, ESIC, Time office.
Responsible for Organizing and maintaining personnel records
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Arrange travel accommodations for staff as per requirement.
