Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to understand & participate in Recruiting which include but are not limited to;
Sourcing
Screening
Managing & Co-coordinating interviews
Creating a qualified talent pool (Candidates, Vendors, Contractors, Freelancers)
Preferred candidate profile :
MBA (HR)/ Post Graduate Diploma in HR
Good interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Business and Digital Acumen
Quick learner with ability to adapt and work in high pressure situations
Excellent Business Communication Skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
