We are looking for a qualified and resourceful HR Executive to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they're aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. The goal is to ensure the HR departments operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Handle employee disciplinary issues in a professional and unbiased manner.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR executive or other HR position.
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Strong ethics and reliability.
BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
