Roles and Responsibilities
Maintaining attendance and leave records.
Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity working and file timely return.
Tracking admin department expenditures and maintain MIS reports and monthly expense tracker.
Sourcing candidates from various job portals based on company requirements, screening profiles, conducting HR round of interview, arranging technical interviews and complete hiring process.
To take care of Joining and Exit formalities.
Timely renewal of license under pollution act, factory act and other statutory requirements.
Well versed in MS word, Excel and power point.
Flexible to work in Shifts.
Should be able to manage multiple tasks.
Should be capable of handling work pressure.
Experience in manufacturing industry is must.
