Roles and Responsibilities
Sourcing and screening candidates by using databases, External vendors, social media etc.
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open requisitions.
Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Desired Candidate Profile
Hands on experience of MS Office.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
