Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidate should be able to identify crew in advance to fulfil Temp / Project based / Placement requirements form domestics and international Clients.
- Candidate should be able to develop strategies to meet hiring needs & manage performance of employees, Consultants and third Parties.
- Having Insurance for the Crew GPA, Mediclaim
- Statutory Compliances knowledge Employee Database Management, Issuance of Various Letters, Leaves & Attendance Management, Payroll, EPF-ESIC & Legal Compliance, Performance Review & Management, Trainings & Development activities, Employee Engagement Activities, CSR, Generalist role Handling End to End Recruitment.
- Help in formulating personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
- Facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental Heads to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Identify future staffing needs.
- Leading the implementation of various HR Processes
- Provide technical support on key modules like Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding and third party integrations around the aspects that can be easily managed at the clients end.
- Responsible for hiring, training and managing the team members with utmost diligence

OUR SPECIALISATION AND SERVICES:
1. Rig Manning Solution Manpower for Rig Operations/ Subsea Support End of Well Support Team/Re-Activation Project/ Shipyard Project/ Out of Service Period and Audits.
2. Onshore/Offshore Equipment Maintenance Contract: Stored equipment on the Rig or Yard facilities for an extended period without any maintenance will cause a possibility that might have reliability issues when put to use and can result in major downtime if it doesn't perform as required. We as Modrig do maintenance contracts for preventing any such situation.
3. Equipment Rebuilding and Testing Facility
a. MODRIG is in the process of having a fully equipped in-house cleanroom and workshop that is capable of rebuilding/testing and storage offshore equipment like well control equipment, mechanical equipment, and electrical equipment.
b. MODRIG Service Container along with the tools and equipment can be sent out to the client facility if any necessity arises as per the project.
4. Oil and Gas procurement services:
SPECIALISED EQUIPMENT SUPPLY CHAIN- MODRIG has competent engineers in the supply chain who suggest the right parts and equipment hence we specialize in sourcing HP fittings/ Hoses/ Pumps/ testing equipment/ special fittings / hydraulic panel as per client’s needs.
5. Parker Oil and Gas distributorship Pan India- Modrig is being awarded pan India distribution for Oil and Gas market as we understand the need and assist technically the client towards the best solution practicable. We are in the process to stock hoses, fittings, and valves inventory in Kakinada and have developed a hose crimping and testing facility upto 2" size.
