Job description
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to source qualified candidates for open positions.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing regular updates on their application status and fostering a positive impression of the organization.
Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits packages, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, assisting with onboarding activities and addressing any initial concerns or questions.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or HRIS, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
