Candidates who would like to build a career in HR (Healthcare Domain)
Doing End to End Recruitment for open positions. This is in-house recruitments only.
Managing entire recruitment in a process-driven ATS environment.
Managing Selection to Joining Process
Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements.
Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
Co-ordination for arranging interviews.
Responsible for Onboarding i.e Sharing Offer letters, BGV, Pre joining formalities, documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
Excellent communication skills required - oral and written.
Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships in the team.
Positive attitude and interpersonal skills along with excellent rapport building are the traits for the right candidate
