Roles and Responsibilities
1. Handling recruitment process from CV screening to arrangement of interview.
2. Handling the entire joining process.
3. Follow-up with IT department for code and Email ID creation/HRMS mapping.
4. Prepare data for salary.
5. Provide training to the new employee for organization hierarchy and code of conduct.
6. Handling employee verification process.
7. Leave balance reconciliation and update accordingly.
8. Communicate with all the employees regarding leave/salary or any other query raise by them.
9. Handel all HR related vendor.
10. Update to the employee for any policy amendment of the company.
11. Handel F&F process.
12. Basic knowledge of Industrial relation.
Expertise
1. In depth knowledge of recruitment process.
2. In depth knowledge of joining formality process.
3. In depth knowledge of HRMS and salary processing.
4. Good communication skill and possession of presentable voice.
5. In depth knowledge finalization of F&F.
6. Basic Knowledge of employee verification.
7. Basic Knowledge of hierarchy and code of conduct.
