JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various company locations. The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to travel to regional offices, branch locations, or recruitment hubs to conduct interviews, participate in hiring drives, and support local HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
Coordinate and conduct interviews (in-person and virtual) with hiring managers and department heads.
Travel to other company locations to manage and support recruitment activities, campus drives, and walk-in interviews.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires across all locations.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and generate regular hiring reports.
Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and other external recruitment-related functions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
13 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to [XX]% of the time) to company locations or recruitment events.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
