Increasing workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management /succession planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement. Performance Management System: Driving & Facilitating the process of goal setting, quarterly review, and year-end review process. Defining KPIs for all functions & track actuals against them and conduct Quarterly reviews with the respective functional heads. Ensuring KPI's upload in system by timeline and providing status update on performance reviews for timely closure. Communication mail to all employees about their performance scores and feedback. Identification of Low & High performers and identification of key talent across function. Employee Engagement: Conceptualizing & Driving Employee engagement activities along with HR Biz Partners. Analyze engagement data and work on Action Planning & monitoring the progress. Design and Implement Engagement Initiatives for employees Bench marking : Evaluate the compensation landscape to understand and learn from best practices through benchmarking and industry research and employment trends, track legislation and make recommendations. Make recommendations on initiatives and policies that are required for building a progressive and vibrant work culture Any other core projects which will be under the domain of People Experience vertical Candidate shall work closely with Head HR and partner with the business teams to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for workforce. Skills Required - Good stakeholder management skills - Prior Hands on Experience in business partnering with the sales population - Should be proactive and be able to multi task Qualification : MBA/PGDM in HR is must Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in the HR domain.
