Location of Posting: Andheri (Near Marol Metro)
Position: HR Executive
Job Description:
1. Creating Job Descriptions for the vacancies
2. Sourcing & pre-screening of the profiles
3. Interview co-ordination
4. Closing the open positions with the right candidates as per timelines specified
5. Coordinating pre-employment formalities such as medical tests, reference checks, etc. for the
shortlisted candidates
6. Salary Negotiation
7. Offer formalities
8. Updating Recruitment Dashboards & MIS
9. On-boarding the new employee & completion of joining formalities
10. Handholding the new entrant for a few months till the employee settles in the system.
Person Specification:
1. Graduate of any stream
2. Relevant experience in recruitment (from sourcing to closure) of 2 to 4 years
3. Real estate experience will be an added advantage
