LOYKA is present in categories such as Premium Cookies, Chocolate Pralines and Dry Fruit based
Chocolates. Themanufacturing facility is present in Navi Mumbai.
LOYKAs Products are available in over 10000 Class a Retail outlets PAN India along with strong
presence ononline channels such as Amazon, Flipkart and Swiggy Instamart
We are looking for an HR Executive and Recruiter to join our team in Navi Mumbai.
HR Executive and Recruiter Role and Responsibilities.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to
staffing, recruiting, and retention, Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Human Resource Management - Job Posting ,Shortlisting
• Sourcing Profiles , Interview Coordination, Interviewing Candidates
• Employee Engagement
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
• Plans, leads, and develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and
surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs, Collaborate
with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to,
compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and
talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training
and development.
• Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent
management
• Performs other duties as required.
