Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with appropriate stake holders to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure 100% compliance in HR areas, such as leave administration,.
Email followup from employers Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management HR Executive
Should have knowledge on full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, induction and on-boarding activities.
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and keep up with a high volume of activity.
Desired Candidate Profile
HR & Admin Executive manages the human resources & administration department by screening and interviewing applicants; preparing payroll; orienting new employees; administering employee benefit programs; organising for training& learning; performance
The candidate must have relevant work experience of HR domain.
Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR Best Practices.
Good organisational skills and able to pay attention to detail.
The ability to prioritise and organise own workload with subordinates in an effective and accurate manner, while working within broad guidelines.
Willingness to work hard, must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
